Please review the following User Agreement carefully before taking part in any of my online Pilates Classes. 
My Pilates classes are designed to help you to maintain good Flexibility, Mobility and Stability of joints. It is always wise to consult your doctor before you take up a new exercise regime, and always stop an exercise if it causes pain. Although Pilates is a safe form of exercise, you should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise programme, there is always the possibility of physical injury or accident occurring, especially when taking part online and no instructor is present. 
If you are new to Pilates then I would recommend that you check with your GP or contact me prior to starting any of my online classes, especially if you have an underlying health condition.
In engaging in any of my online classes, you agree that you are do so at your own risk and assume the responsibility for any risk, damage or injury, known or unknown that may occur,
