ANNA LUCAROTTI
I always wanted to be involved in the Fitness Industry and have a passion to help people to achieve their fitness and health goals. I worked in gyms and my dedication to customer service meant I progressed to Fitness Management. I really enjoyed this but missed being in my trainers and working with people directly. Qualifying as a Pilates Instructor in 2002, I never thought it would be something I would enjoy teaching. I always believed you had to get sweaty when you were exercising. Pilates changed my way of thinking.
In 2008 I trained with the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), recognising that together with Pilates I could become even more effective in helping people train effectively, ensuring good flexibility, mobility, stability and efficient movement with a focus on remaining injury free.
I love to help people and together with Pilates, functional exercises and tips about healthy eating, I hope to enable people to "Live Life Well." It sounds cheesy, but it is totally true.
